Our Process  While each event is unique, here’s a basic flow of Bowman and Company’s process.  First is the overall concept.  This is critical to defining the overall feel, look and meaning or purpose of the event.   We go through the theme, color palette, and design needs. Logistics are defined such as bar placement, locations the band or DJ, electrical outlet availability etc. Installation: Our team arrives on-site to unload and set up, and bring your  the design to life.  We work with the Venue, event planners and other vendor to cohesively act as your team.    On the event day, all the detail come together.  The products will be ready for your photographer to capture before the guests arrive.  After your event, we are on site to breakdown and take everything back to our king everything back to our warehouse.

Can I change the quantity or type of product in my order?  To revise an existing quote or order, please contact the Account Executive noted on your order invoice paperwork. Additions to an order may be made at any time, but additional charges may apply if expedited shipping is required. Reductions to your order can be accommodated until the Final Date for Changes on your order paperwork, which is three (3) business days prior to shipment or delivery.

What are your payment terms?

You can go through our Rental Inventory to add inventory to your custom wishlist, then submit the wishlist to officially inquire with us and begin to reserve your date!  If you need inspiration - check out ou where we have built some of our classic event styles and designs. If you want our help selecting inventory or creating custom designs for your event, email us at [email protected] or fill out our Contact Form and we’ll be happy to meet with you to go over ideas and create a vision.  Once we’ve confirmed the items we have available for your date, we will send you a digital proposal. To officially book us and reserve specific inventory, we require a 50% deposit and a signed contract! 

Is there a mimimum order

What are your rates? We have package pricing available but every event we find is different and has different needs so we like to be flexible to those and offer customized quotes per event. We offer you a complimentary consultation to meet with an experienced Event Coordinator and discuss your event and then we will offer you a quote. From there all that is needed is a deposit and signed contract and we will begin your planning process!

Please understand that I cannot hold a date through email enquiry. I receive a few inquiries for any particular date in a wedding season, and they are  booked first come first serve.
